🛑 Before you replace your garbage disposal, try this first!

Is your garbage disposal completely dead? Before you buy a new one or give us a call, try this 30 second fix:

1️⃣ Turn off the switch at the wall for safety.

2️⃣ Look under the sink at the very bottom or side of the disposal unit.

3️⃣ Find the small red (or black) button (the reset button). If it has popped out, push it back in until it clicks.

4️⃣ Test the disposal

➡ If the motor has overheated or jammed, this quick reset is usually all it takes to get it running again!
