The people have spoken, and we’re honored!

Brett Lott Homes was voted the 2026 Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award winner for Category 3!

This award is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the people who toured this year’s Parade homes and voted for their favorite.

We’re incredibly proud of our team and the talented trade partners who put so much care and craftsmanship into every detail of this home.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited, voted, and supported us. We’re grateful for the recognition and the opportunity to do what we love right here in Tri-Cities WA!

Big spaces need the right details.

Our team and clients are working through the fireplace surround for this room with 20-foot ceilings—making sure the scale, materials, and proportions all come together the way they should.

It’s the details like this that make a custom home feel truly custom.

Happy 5-year anniversary to Evie! 🎉

Five years ago, Evie joined us after being a stay-at-home mom, and it’s pretty amazing to see how far she has come. Today, she has a hand in just about everything that happens at Brett Lott Homes.

This picture is fitting—Evie played a huge role in the design of this years Parade Home and deserves a lot of credit for the awards we’re holding. She also happens to be standing right in the middle of Tyler and me, which is appropriate since that’s pretty much where she is in everything we do!

We’re grateful to have Evie as part of our BLH family and look forward to many more years together.
