Must be able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction and architectural drawings and specifications

Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong written documentation skills and solid computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets for pay and commissions

Responsibilities
•
The Salesman is responsible for helping our client select style, educating about the benefit of our windows and walking them through the purchasing including measurements and specifications
•
Compute cost factors when preparing estimates
•
Manage and coordinate change order requests
•
Communicate effectively regarding acknowledgment dates and on-time delivery
