We always enjoy seeing our projects come to life in the field, and this commercial retail project with fueling is moving along nicely.

From early planning and design through permitting and construction, it’s rewarding to watch a project transition from drawings to a physical space that will soon serve the community. We look forward to seeing the final result!

MRP Design Group partnered with the ownership team and design firm to deliver complete permit, bid, and construction drawings for this 5,700 SF Homegrown Tap & Dough restaurant within a new downtown mixed-use development.

From base building coordination to seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this space was designed to function beautifully — and feel inviting from the street in.

Project Spotlight: Prime Independent Living – Conway, SC

We’re proud to share our second project with this client — a beautiful 138-unit, 4-story independent living community designed to make everyday life comfortable, active, and connected.

From bright, open apartments to amenities like a therapy pool, pickleball court, and walking trails, every detail was planned to support an independent lifestyle and sense of community.

Project Spotlight: Slim Chickens – Phenix City, AL

Our team had a great time helping a new Slim Chickens franchisee bring their restaurant vision to life!

We adapted the Slim Chickens prototype to fit a unique site in Phenix City, AL, handling everything from architecture and engineering to permitting and construction support. The result? A smooth process, a great-looking building, and a very happy owner.
