Be safe these next few days everyone. Don't forget to trickle your water even during the day until temps get above freezing, especially if your pipes aren't wrapped. If you live in a raised house, we suggest trickling both hot and cold in more than one faucet. Pipes under raised houses will be subjected to frigid temps and can freeze if there isn't enough movement of water. Stay warm and, as always, call us if you have any problems whether plumbing related or anything else. We will do our absolute best to get to you as quick as we can and get you back to relaxing under a blanket on your sofa! Let's build a snowman ⛄

Don't forget to wrap up your water inlet pipe, if you haven't already, and trickle some water. If your house is elevated, I suggest trickling the cold and hot water. The hot side does not stay hot under your house when not in use. Trickle the cold at the faucet furthest from the main inlet pipe. Trickle the hot at the faucet furthest from the water heater. The pipe can still freeze today. We won't reach above freezing till afternoon. Tomorrow will be even longer below freezing. Burst pipes will cost way more than a little extra water consumption on your water bill. Let's face it, the water bill is mostly OTHER charges anyway. Stay warm

We will be back to it Monday! Let us know if you need something done. We can come by to put together an estimate for whatever your needs. We are only doing small roof repairs for long term clients, friends and family, if the roof is not too steep/high. Sorry, but the heat is just unbearable up there. We shine with our bathroom designing and remodeling. However,, we can tackle most anything else you can throw at us. Our hearts are there with all of our clients, friends and family that have been affected by Hurricane Ida and the aftermath. We have not gone back to work yet, as we have been trying to handle problems at our house as well as close friends and family. However, progress is being made and we will be back to work very soon.
