I think this is the closest that I've come to blasting without leaving lines. This job required a CSP2. They tried diamond grinding, but it was too slow and messy. I managed to break the shine off the concrete without creating too much profile. the 6-8mils of coating hides the blast and they achieved better adhesion than they did with grinding. It was a great job. I was lucky to be involved.

Making steel whiter than white!!

This is the oldest blaster in my fleet. Still works perfectly. Ripping up non-skid and rust. No problems meeting the sp-10 spec.

48" wide blaster taking up non-skid.

coating removal at pike place parking garage.

best option was portable generator and an 8" blaster. the entire job was about 500 sq ft. it took a little less than 2 hours. i'm always impressed with how productive these smaller machines can be.

not my cleanest work, but it was requested to leave the filler patch in place, just remove the coating.
