In between jobs, we always have a project going on at home too. This 12’ x 16’ shed will have a vaulted ceiling, and is designed to have adequate space for extra insulation. We also used oversized joists so it can support more weight. It will be wired by one of our sub-contractors, Territory Electric. 💡🔨

We recently completed this bathroom remodel. This client wanted a shower rather than a bathtub, and we used the saved space to make a live edge shelving, cabinet, and bench area. The transformation extended into the hallway with updated luxury vinyl plank flooring. The new drywall and paint along with new lighting and finishes accentuate the beautiful natural light, bringing this space to life.

Kenai River Construction built this deck using TimberTech composite deck boards, with a seamless hogwire railing that offers a clear view of Mt. Redoubt. The cedar tongue and groove and cedar 2x8 railing cap add warmth and dimension to this outdoor entertainment area.

Here at Kenai River Construction, we love attention to detail just as much as you do.

This custom-built new construction home was a dream. The client picked out the tile and described their vision - and we made it happen. This tile project included a full wrap-around kitchen backsplash. This same design was mirrored behind the prep sink located in the pantry.

The same cohesive design came together beautifully in the master and guest bathrooms. To top it off, we finished with a tiled entryway that transitions into LVP flooring, the perfect place to sit and take off your gear when Alaska goes through 60+ degree temperature changes in one winter. ❄️☀️

Thinking about upgrading your kitchen? Here’s what a full remodel can look like 👇

Kenai River Construction recently completed a full kitchen and living room remodel. This encompassed new flooring, trim, doors, cabinetry, and accent lighting.

The client also wanted a prominent, yet cozy focal point in the living space. We worked with them to custom build a “smart” fireplace that displays limitless color combinations with Bluetooth and Alexa connections. The lighting even synchronizes with music and movies, making it the ultimate area for entertainment and relaxation.
