We don't do one time cuts. During rainy season we are very adamant about our schedule. If you decide that you don't want work done while you're on the schedule you will be subject to the one-time rate which is higher than the route rate. Especially during the rainy months this stuff is really hard on equipment. Wet grass can make lawn mowers imMobile and unfunctioning. We keep a schedule for a reason, and it's ultimately to help the customer price stay low. But it's also to make sure that our equipment stays going throughout the season. Please be mindful if you're a customer about changing your schedule with your lawn route guy. Because you may get dropped in the middle of the rainy season with nobody else to go to except for somebody who's going to charge you a lot more and do a lot less. Have a wonderful day everybody!

We have been in business since 2010. We were shut down by covid in 2020 and resurrected in 2023. We have kept the same prices which have always been lower than the competition for 16 plus years. For the first time we are seeing gas prices sore to 4 dollars a gallon. I regret to inform everyone that because of the Middle East conflict and the rising prices of everything we also have to go up in price. It will now be $60 for a house $40 a duplex under 8/10 of an acre big. Under a foot tall. If over a foot tall, extra $ must be added. Properties over an acre big are going to run $120 for under a foot tall. I am very sorry for this inconvenience it's the first time that we've had to raise prices in 16 years. And I hope you all understand.

Just a reminder. If you are a customer on the schedule. The schedule consists of every 14 days to 17 days depending on the weather to get your lawn care and landscaping done. If you jump outside of the schedule you will be charged a reschedule fee. This will be a new rule that is implemented starting this season. Sorry for the inconvenience
