We just wrapped up a remodel on a guest basement apartment and it's looking great!!

Think fresh new floors that feel amazing underfoot, crisp trim that pops, and a whole new paint job that's bringing all the vibes. We even leveled up the ceiling fans to a super sleek, modern look and installed a new mini-split for ultimate comfort – say goodbye to those old drafts!

But wait, there's MORE! The bathtub is now sealed and sparkling, and we've swapped out the old toilet for a brand new one. And because we're extra, we even added an accent wall, with really cute wallpaper in the main house!

We ripped out the old cabinets, sink, and countertop. We installed new cabinets, stone countertops and a new sink. Repainted the kitchen and installed two low profile ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Our previous customers were so pleased with our work that they reached out for additional projects. We updated their kitchen with a new tile backsplash and constructed a Shou Sugi Ban (Yakisugi) barn door. Additionally, we performed a light burn on the entryway Dutch door. To enhance their home's comfort, we installed a mini-split unit and wired the garage for lights and outlets, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.

Look at this kitchen transformation! We've turned a classic 50s style into a sleek, modern dream. The sunken counter? Gone. In its place? A gorgeous stone countertop perfect for entertaining or cooking up a storm.
We updated the cabinets, kicked them back and installed a dishwasher. We did wishbone and abalone tile backsplash. Removed the old carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring throughout the house, to complete the look. What do you think? 🏡✨

Just wrapped up a stunning transformation project! We replaced two old, unsafe decks with beautiful, durable pebble grey Trex decking. The new railing is a striking hog wild style, topped off with Trex for added elegance. Plus, we've upgraded the lattice roof with clear suntuf polycarbonate panels, a more functional design.
