But what exactly is it?
A 433A permanent foundation system is an engineered retrofit designed to permanently attach a qualifying manufactured home to its foundation in accordance with an approved foundation plan. Once the required installation, inspection, and paperwork are completed, the 433A is recorded with the county.
Why would you want one?
A 433A may be needed or beneficial when:
