Cooler mornings are here, and this is the time to find out if your heating system is actually ready for the season ahead.

A furnace can seem fine all summer and still struggle once it starts running every day. Small issues like dirty components, weak airflow, aging parts, or an inefficient system can turn into higher energy use, uneven temperatures, or an unexpected breakdown when you need heat the most.

That is why October is a smart time to have your system checked, serviced, or replaced if it is already showing signs of age.

Nelke Mechanical Heating & Cooling helps homeowners stay comfortable with:
• Furnace repair
• Furnace maintenance
• Furnace installation
• Gas heating
• Electric heating

If your system is making unusual noises, taking longer to warm the house, cycling more often, or simply has not been serviced in a while, now is a good time to have it looked at before colder weather settles in.
