Today is all about precision prep. Every seam and joint in this Hardie siding is being meticulously caulked to seal and protect the home the right way. We let that cure overnight so we are not rushing the foundation of the job.

Tomorrow morning we come back locked in. Full masking on windows and surroundings, spot priming where needed, then a full spray application. Two coats from corner to corner to ensure a consistent, non flashing finish that looks clean in every angle of that lake light.

Trim will be dialed in to complement the body and bring the whole transformation together.
