We are hiring for 2025!

Mossbrook Landscaping is seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves maintaining gardens and ensuring that outdoor spaces are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
Assist in the design and implementation of new garden layouts or landscape features.
Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment and supplies.
Skills

Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
Experience with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping.
Knowledge of groundskeeping principles to maintain outdoor spaces effectively.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for nurturing plants and gardens.
Qualifications

Experience in gardening
Knowledge of landscape perennials and shrubs
Valid Driver's License

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
