This feature is long overdue with a formal recognition for Mr. LaFountain! Derek has been growing his skills since he was a child, and therefore has over 30 years of experience in the carpentry trade. Derek has been able to master all subjects in the field from excavation work to interior finishes and all that comes in between. He’s done small jobs and jobs so big they raised the roof! Derek has grown LaFountain Builds from the ground up with his vision and expertise. He does this knowing the future of building is on its way; and Derek has what it takes to be the example of pristine carpentry in the Adirondacks.

Today, let’s celebrate Derek, and all LaFountain Builds has accomplished!

Kyle is our go-to guy when it comes to making sure every project is executed with precision, craftsmanship, and the highest level of quality. With years of experience in the trades, he brings knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail to every build.

Beyond his skills on the job, Kyle takes care of his family with his career in carpentry. He’s also a proud father and his dedication to his family is just one of the many qualities that make him such an important part of our team. We are a family business, after all ❤️

Today’s Feature Friday is all about John Kelly! John has been an essential part of the LaFountain Builds team for the past year and is committed to building a successful career in the carpentry industry while learning from the talented tradesmen of the Adirondacks.
John has taken the lead on numerous projects and has quickly become the go-to guy on the job site. He makes sure every task is completed with quality and attention to detail while helping keep the day running smoothly and efficiently.
