2014 Central Ave in Kearney is getting a facelift!! Old awnings are down and new paint is going on. The facade will be restored with transom windows at both storefronts along with other exterior improvements. Fiddle Leaf brings old buildings a new life.

THAT’S A WRAP!!! We are SO dang happy for the buyer who made finishing this project so fun and rewarding. A huge thank you to the amazing Kelli Stromberg Rucker for helping us find this great property. Have to also recognize the outstanding effiorts of On Point Construction Management team, led by Nick.

We are so grateful to be able to do this work and give this home another 70 years.
