This patio had served its purpose, but this space was ready for a fresh start. 🌿
We gave it a complete makeover with:

✔️ New pavers
✔️ A custom seat wall
✔️ An improved transition from the patio to the gate

The finished space adds definition, function and, most importantly, a place to enjoy the backyard.

The final image shows a landscape concept for the space, giving the homeowners a look at how the finished patio could come together with new plantings and landscaping.

Things Your Landscape Wishes You Knew

1. Please stop piling mulch around my trunk. I’m a tree, not a volcano. 🌋
→ Keep mulch a few inches away from trunks and stems.

2. My roots are still working even though my leaves aren't. 🍂
→ Roots can continue growing after top growth slows, making fall a valuable establishment period.

3. You’ve been staring at that empty flower bed all summer. Just saying.😂
→ Fall is a great time to start planning next year's landscape.

4. I'd like to enter winter hydrated, please. 🌿
→ Fall watering is important before the ground freezes.
