This post may have a different tone than normal. I think we can all agree that when building something/anything, you get to know individuals and/or families and share experiences. And it doesn't hurt to be reminded that you're not just building a product.

In some occasions you're helping people accomplish their dreams. Recently the Thoeber family did just that for us at Knaggs Construction. To say that we have aided a family in accomplishing their dreams, makes the process worth it. It's what it's all about.

So we are very grateful to the Thoeber family for reminding us that we're not just building houses. We're building homes. And we are proud to say that another Nebraska family has moved into their High Performance Dream Home.

The hole has been dug, footings and foundation walls are in the ground (Thanks to Dandee Concrete😉). And looks like our project in Gibbon, Ne is under way. To our knowledge this will be the first High Performance Home in Gibbon that will be Zero Energy ready.

Thank you to the Almazan family and the community of Gibbon for giving us the opportunity to bring another High Performance Home to Central Nebraska.

The finishing stage in Shelton is under way. Our man Jorge, possibly the best sheetrock finisher in Central Nebraska, has been on the scene.

Currently the painting process has started. Cabinets and flooring have been delivered. And it's time to dress up this High Performance Home.
