💧 RIP to this old TMC controller!

The k**b had been missing for quite some time, but the customer continued getting by with it for a couple of years. Eventually, the controller started acting up and running random schedules.

We got the old unit replaced with a new controller, programmed everything properly, and now this system is back up and running the way it should! ✅

Another irrigation system ready to go! 💦

🌳💧 Tree roots can sneak into places you’d never expect—and cause some BIG problems!

This root found its way between the saddle and the sprinkler pipe, causing a major leak. The result? 💦 A huge mud hole around the sprinkler head and a loss of pressure to the other heads.

🔥 JOB FINISHED! 🔥

Another landscaping project officially wrapped up! 💪🌿

We cleaned up the existing beds, removed the old rock and unwanted growth, reshaped everything, added fresh plants, and finished it off with a fresh layer of black mulch. We also cleaned up the area around the walkway and gave this side of the house a whole new look!

From overgrown and tired ➡️ clean, fresh, and finished. 🙌

Quick valve replacement today! 💦🔧

One thing we always stress when replacing sprinkler parts: make sure you’re using the same brand and model. It might work temporarily when different valves or parts are pieced together, but chances are—it won’t last.

That’s exactly what we found here. Two different valves put together and causing problems. No worries though! We got it ripped out, replaced it the right way, and cleaned everything up so well you can’t even tell we were there. 👌🌱

Got this project finished up. Removed rock bed from fence. Slid heads back to help new sod grow. Layed new sod. Also had a valve box on the other side of the yard that was about 6 inches to low and just gathered stinky water. Thank you for the business.
