🎉 I showed up for progress photos and ended up making a cupcake delivery! 😂

Was heading to the jobsite to snap some photos and heard that the birthday guy was there, of course I couldn't show up empty handed!🧁 Cupcakes for the crew, and they agreed that construction is better when sugars involved.

I forgot the birthday candle, so the guys got creative! 😂

🏗️ Project Spotlight: Food Innovation Center | Green Bay, WI

We’re proud to showcase the progress of the Food Innovation Center, formerly known as the JBS Urban Barn, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin!

As the General Contractor on this project, our team has had the opportunity to help bring this vision to life through careful coordination, collaboration, and hard work at every stage of construction. Projects like this are a great reminder of the teamwork, planning, and dedication it takes to turn a vision into reality.

From the early phases of construction to the progress shown in these photos, it’s exciting to look back and see how far the project has come. Each phase represents the combined efforts of the trades, partners, and team members working together to keep things moving forward and bring the project closer to completion.

We’re grateful to everyone who has contributed their time, skill, and expertise along the way. It takes a strong team to make a project like this happen, and we’re proud to be part of the work happening right here in Green Bay!

🌟We’re excited to be part of the Food Innovation Center project in Green Bay, WI, formerly known as the JBS Urban Barn, serving as the General Contractor.

The Food Innovation Center is one piece of a larger 26-acre neighborhood development that will also include housing options and a destination playground, creating a unique space centered around food, community, and local agriculture. 🏡🛝

It is being designed to support local agriculture and food production, with processing equipment and storage intended to help small- and mid-sized farmers create new revenue opportunities, extend the growing season, and increase access to locally grown food. 🌾

While the overall development includes several exciting components, our team’s role is specifically as the General Contractor for the Barn/Food Innovation Center. We’re excited to be part of this project and to help bring an important new resource to the Green Bay community. 🫶

We look forward to watching the Food Innovation Center take shape, stay tuned as we post progress updates!
