Yet another house with a un level base And about 6 rotten beams. So we went in and started leveling the house the back end needed to come up 2 in when completed we moved right the beams. Here we use a support beam to remove and replace all the beams section by section until complete. This house had the subfloor removed in areas and no items in it.

So basically, when we go underneath the house for a inspection depending on what type of house you are it takes typically about 30 minutes to an hour depending on if you have a single wide double wide, pier and beam on pier beam homes, we look for a wood rod twisted out piers and a unlevel foundation of your home,  on double and single wides we look at the piers, the perimeter, piers, and the anchor straps  and we explain it in more detail in person

We had to replace the bamboard and joist for this client because it was rotten due to moisture issues.
Now when the beam starts to rot it gets weakened as it was getting weaker the house started falling so we also had to reveled the side of the house. The before and after are on the page
