Today, we’d like to introduce you to Joseph. 💚

We met Joseph a couple of weeks ago while working on a project next door. His dad introduced us to this amazing young man who is kicking cancer’s butt!

As we got to know Joseph, we learned he’s a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. Our clients and friends Greg and Tina Dalton are Andy Dalton’s parents, so we shared Joseph’s story with them. They reached out to Andy, and the Dalton family sent autographed Eagles merch for Joseph. Thisislivin Homes added a jersey and a National Treasures Barkley/Hurts card.

Today, we got to surprise Joseph with it all. The look on his face and that big smile are moments we’ll never forget.

Joseph, you are an inspiration. You’ve touched all of our hearts, and you have a whole TEAM cheering you on! 🦅💚

A very special thank you to Andy, Greg, and Tina Dalton. Your kindness helped make this day so special for Joseph.

Accent walls can make a HUGE impact on your home! 🙌

For this space, we installed horizontal shiplap to add texture and character, then finished it with Sherwin-Williams Urbane Bronze. The rich, dramatic color completely transformed the room and created the perfect backdrop for the homeowner’s décor.

Sometimes, one carefully designed wall is all it takes to give an ordinary room a bold new personality.

Great carpentry should do more than look beautiful—it should make your home more functional, intentional, and grand.

We love finding creative ways to transform existing built-ins and cabinetry into custom features that better fit the space and the homeowner’s needs.

Here’s an example of one we’re working on now. We’re building upward, adding storage, and giving this existing cabinetry a much more substantial custom look.

Stay tuned for the final product—you won’t want to miss this transformation!

🔥 MAJOR PROGRESS on this addition! 🔥

It’s always exciting when a project reaches the point where you can really start seeing the transformation take shape.

Framing is going up, the new roof structure is taking shape, and concrete has been poured as we continue expanding and transforming this home. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but the progress already speaks for itself!

Projects like this are exactly what Thisislivin Homes specializes in — large-scale renovations and additions that require careful planning, engineering, architectural design, permitting, and experienced construction from start to finish.

We’re not just remodeling rooms — we’re changing the way this family will be able to enjoy their home for years to come.

Stay tuned because this transformation is just getting started! 🏠🔨

Thinking about adding square footage or completely transforming your home? Let’s talk.

BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING!

We’re officially underway on another large-scale addition and renovation project! This is going to be an incredible transformation from start to finish.

Approximately 500 square feet of existing space is being completely transformed into a custom theater room, while the rear of the home is being expanded by an additional 300 square feet to create even more living space.

Projects of this size require much more than just construction. At Thisislivin Homes, we have the team and resources to manage the entire project from concept to completion — architectural plans, engineering, structural modifications, permitting, inspections, and construction.

Our architects, engineers, and construction team work together to ensure every detail is properly designed, structurally sound, code compliant, and built to last.

And most importantly — EVERYTHING IS PERMITTED. No shortcuts. Large structural projects need to be done correctly.

If you’re considering a major home addition, structural renovation, whole-home remodel, or custom build, this is exactly the type of project we specialize in.

Stay tuned as we turn this vision into reality! 🔨🏠🎥
