Another Full Garage Conversion Complete!
This project included a complete garage conversion with an extended storage area and new bathroom addition, plus enclosing the existing breezeway to create a spacious laundry room and wet bar.
We also completed two new patio additions with full covered roofs, giving the homeowners even more usable indoor and outdoor living space.
The City of Katy definitely put us through the permitting and inspection process on this one, but we got it done!
