The Martínez Project was designed around one idea: elegance doesn’t have to be loud.

We transformed this backyard with a custom 22’x40’hip-roof patio cover, as part of more than 880sq. ft. of beautifully finished outdoor space.

The warm pine tongue & groove ceiling, finished with Sherwin-Williams stain, creates a beautiful contrast against the light tones of the patio and the custom 12-ft entertainment wall.

The centerpiece? A stunning 98-inch TV wall finished in Ivory Split-Face Stone Veneer, complete with a sleek linear fireplace and a custom recessed display niche that the homeowners beautifully styled with plants and décor.

Every material, texture and detail was selected to work together — warm wood, natural stone, clean architectural lines and neutral tones.

This project originally had a flat patio cover, but the homeowners wanted something more open, more elegant, and better suited to their outdoor lifestyle.

So we removed the existing structure and rebuilt the entire space from the ground up with a beautiful custom gable design.

The result? More height, more natural light, more character, and a completely transformed backyard.
