A simple lot can become a successful project… but only when the planning is done right.

The 563 Stonegate Dr. project in Katy, Texas began with a vision and a clear development strategy.

Phase I included a 7,500 SF office warehouse building, concrete paving, drainage infrastructure, detention pond, and underground utilities. The site was also prepared for future expansion through a second phase of development.

Projects like this remind us that successful construction starts long before the first piece of equipment arrives on site.
