Repair or replace? Not every window needs to be replaced today.
This sill was rotting and letting water into the wall. The best long-term fix would have been a new window, but the homeowner needed a solid repair to get by for now. So we replaced the rotted wood and wrapped the sill and trim in maintenance-free aluminum. No more leaks, and it will hold up for years.
We'll always tell you which option is best, and we'll respect which one fits your budget.
Check yours this fall: peeling paint at the corners, wood that feels soft when you press on it, and dark stains or gaps where the sill meets the wall. Not sure what you're looking at? Send us a photo. (507) 990-5700
