At Lee Lofts in Salina, our team is surrounded by more than a century of original character, from the brickwork to the industrial bones of the building. Projects like this are a reminder of what makes restoration work different: understanding what’s already there, working with it carefully and bringing the experience needed to help it stand strong for what comes next.

A special shoutout to our on-site superintendent, Daniel Conley, whose leadership and mentorship have helped guide the work at Lee Lofts. After completing Phase 2 in 2024, Daniel is back on site as Phase 3 wraps up this year.

As football returned to the Hill, our team was still hard at work behind the scenes helping move the project forward. Here’s a closer look at some of the work that went into getting the stadium ready for game day and what’s still taking shape.

⛳️ What a day at the Drake Development Golf Tournament!

GKW Group was honored to be invited to such a great event at Prairie Highlands Golf Course on Monday. We had an incredible time surrounded by great people and an even better group of competitors.

And to top it off, our own Garrett Wilson, along with Mike Ryan and John Lovell of Creative Planning and Eric Dedovesh of Bonding Solutions, came away with the victory! 🏆

The team fired an incredible 19-under par on the day! 🔥

A huge thank you to Drake Development for the invitation and for putting together such a fantastic event. We’re already looking forward to defending our title next year!
