The University of Saint Mary tasked us with developing a Campus Master Plan that addresses immediate institutional needs while establishing a framework to guide future building renewal, development, and enhancement of the entire campus.

The academics-focused plan aligns with USM’s mission, strategic goals, and university programs. It achieves this through the careful reimagining of existing spaces that can better serve students, faculty, and the broader campus community well into the future.

This durable roadmap invests in USM's legacy buildings, fostering a commitment to stewardship for the next 100 years.

The Cabin at the Ozark Research Field Station is a living laboratory for ecological research, environmental education, and sustainable land management practices.

The field station is a nine-acre biological resource site made available to Missouri S&T through its partnership with the Missouri Dept. of Conservation.

The cabin’s design uses visual connections to the landscape as a way to separate use of space, improve quality of stay for visitors, and highlight the natural beauty of its surroundings.
