Meet LeeLee, one of our General Laborers at RGS and Associates Development Company. Whether it’s prep work or the final polish, LeeLee’s hands touch every single part of the job. She’s the glue that keeps the site moving!

​Fun Fact: Precision and grit aren’t new to women in the field. Back in the 1930s, Gussie White was a standout for her specialized manual work on the Irene Mound project. She was one of the few African American women recognized for her skill in field excavation, proving that women have always been essential to the heavy lifting.

Who says the job site is just for the guys? Meet Riah, one of our Forms Team Leaders showing exactly how it’s done.

​Quick Fact: During the 1870s, Emily Warren Roebling stepped in as the field engineer for the Brooklyn Bridge when her husband fell ill. For over a decade, she managed everything from technical specs to site supervision, becoming the first person to cross the bridge upon completion!
