🌧️ That was A LOT of rain... How did your yard handle it?

After a heavy downpour like today's, now is the time to take a walk around your property and look for warning signs:

✔️ Standing water that doesn't drain within 24 hours
✔️ Soil washing away or new erosion
✔️ Water pooling against your foundation
✔️ Overflowing downspouts or drain boxes
✔️ Soggy areas where your lawn normally stays dry

Small drainage problems have a way of becoming expensive repairs if they're ignored.

Drainage Tip:
Don't ignore water where it doesn't belong.

Heavy summer rains can quickly reveal drainage issues that aren't obvious during dry weather. If you're seeing water pooling against your home, on your patio, or around walkways, it's a sign that your property may not be draining properly.
