Last weekend, Westside Family Church celebrated the opening of their new Westside Family Care and Counseling Center!

With an established counseling program that serves thousands each year, Westside needed more space to meet the growing demand for counseling and care. Working with Mantel Teter, we built this two-story, 20,000 square-foot building to provide new offices, counseling spaces and classrooms.

We're proud to have been a part of bringing this building to life that is dedicated to expanding access to mental health care and to support Westside's mission of healing the community.

Partnered with DRAW Architecture + Urban Design, LLC, we transformed Kansas City's only remaining Jewish synagogue: The New Reform Temple. While the congregation continued operations, we renovated this three-story building which included the re-orientation of their worship room.

Last week, we hosted a Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch, bringing together our partners and thanking them for the hard work they put into each project.

Our subcontractors are an essential part of what we do, and we truly value the relationships we’ve built with each of them. Their dedication and commitment to high quality help make our projects and our company successful.

A special congratulations to Meredith Ditty, one of our project managers, who was inducted to the Kansas City Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction as a Director!

The second phase of renovations at Village Presbyterian Church's Antioch campus are nearly complete!

Work has included constructing a new stage, installing new flooring, AVL system, and reinstalling their refinished pews.

Staying open throughout construction has been a priority for the church, so while we've been working in their sanctuary, they have been holding services in their Fellowship Hall which we renovated in phase one.

Pearce Construction is looking for an experienced Controller to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on role with real responsibility and plenty of variety.

The Controller will oversee Pearce’s full accounting function from job costing and financial reporting to payroll oversight, compliance and year-end preparation. This role also supports office operations, overseeing HR administration, facilities, insurance and other day-to-day office needs.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in controller-level accounting
- Comfortable with job costing and construction accounting
- Highly organized, self-directed and deadline-driven
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems

Teamed up with FOCAL Design Studio, we transformed an existing performance hall at Unity Village into a multi-purpose event space known as the R.D. Goppert Event Center.

By transforming an existing performance hall into a flexible, fully accessible event center, the owner was able to host a wider range of events and better meet community needs.

Construction is wrapping up at Legacy Christian Church in Overland Park!

We're excited to see this project come together and can’t wait for the congregation to experience their new canopy entrance and welcoming lobby and café.
