Quick window test for a cool morning: try wiping the moisture from the room side of the glass.

If it wipes away, you’re seeing moisture on the surface. If the fog is trapped between the panes and you can’t wipe it from either side, the insulated glass seal may have failed. Staining or soft trim around the window deserves a closer look, too.

After a windy day, you don’t need to climb on the roof to notice a few warning signs.

Look around the yard for shingle pieces. From the ground, see if any edges look lifted or out of place. Inside, keep an eye out for a new ceiling stain. Those clues don’t tell the whole story, but they tell you when it’s time for a closer look.

Where does each downspout empty? Does the water move away, or does it collect next to the foundation? That puddle, a damp basement wall, or a low spot that never seems to dry can tell you a lot.

I finally finished building that deck today despite battling some really heavy rain! 🌧️🏗️

It was definitely a challenge, but my crew and I pushed through every obstacle that came our way. 💪🔨✨

Seeing the project all done and looking sharp makes all the hard work totally worth it. 🌟🤩
