Custom From Every Angle – The curves may catch your eye first, but look closer.

Custom Neff cabinetry follows the sculptural lines of the bar in a metallic black high-gloss lacquer with a finish reminiscent of a Steinway piano. Integrated storage keeps everything beautifully streamlined, while appliances from Sub-Zero, Wolf, Marvel and U-Line help make the space ready for entertaining.

Beautifully designed. Precisely crafted. Completely custom.

A W**e Cellar Worth Displaying – Why hide the w**e cellar when it can become part of the experience?

Glass walls put this climate-controlled collection on full display, with storage for approximately 1,000 bottles. Custom metal cabinetry and illuminated geode details carry the design of the adjoining bar into the w**e room, creating a space that is both functional storage and an architectural focal point.

This is more than a place to store w**e. It’s part of the entertaining experience.

Designed for entertaining. Made to make an impression.

This once-outdated lower-level bar was transformed into a sophisticated destination for gathering, relaxing and entertaining. A sculptural curved bar anchors the space, while backlit sliced geodes and an illuminated infinity-mirror ceiling create drama from every angle.

Every detail was considered to make this space as functional as it is unforgettable.

One walk-in closet. Personalized for two.

Designed as one spacious walk-in closet with dedicated his-and-her sides, every detail was tailored to the homeowners’ wardrobe, storage needs, and daily routines. Custom hanging heights, seasonal wardrobe storage, luggage space, and a central island for shoes and accessories create an organized space that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

Thoughtful design makes every day just a little easier.

Every detail was designed to create a sense of calm.

Inspired by contemporary coastal design, this primary bathroom pairs warm wood tones, natural textures, and clean architectural lines to create a retreat that feels both sophisticated and serene. From the floating vanities and dramatic pendant lighting to the expansive walk-in shower, every element was thoughtfully designed to balance beauty and function.

The result is a space that feels just as relaxing as it is timeless.

Behind every beautiful kitchen is thoughtful storage.

For this Loch Lloyd project, Senior Designer Lisa Otterness, CKD, created custom storage solutions tailored to homeowners who love to cook, entertain, and gather with family and friends.

Convenient pull-outs keep everyday essentials within easy reach while maintaining clean, uncluttered countertops. Oversized drawers were customized to support heavier cookware, and drawer-behind-drawer construction provides flexible storage options for serving pieces and kitchen tools.

It’s the kind of thoughtful planning that makes a kitchen not only beautiful on day one, but functional for years to come.

Designed with purpose. Crafted for living.

Designed for entertaining.

While the kitchen is the heart of this Loch Lloyd home, the adjoining bar creates an inviting destination all its own.

Designed by Senior Designer Lisa Otterness, CKD, the custom gallery-style cabinetry displays the homeowners’ collection of glassware and serving pieces while creating a visual connection to the kitchen beyond.

Black-framed glass cabinets, warm brass accents, and thoughtfully integrated storage make the space feel open, elegant, and ready for everything from a quiet evening at home to a house full of guests.

It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful design can make a home feel both beautiful and functional.
