AKC Flatwork LLC | Base + Commission Opportunity
AKC Flatwork is looking for a motivated, organized professional to sell residential and commercial concrete projects and coordinate them from the first customer call through completion.
What you’ll do:
* Follow up with leads, visit jobsites, take measurements, and prepare estimates.
* Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and general contractors.
* Close sales and provide clear project details to our foreman.
* Coordinate project needs and keep customers informed.
* Track budgets, document change orders, and maintain job records.
* Handle final walkthroughs and follow up on payments.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication, sales, organization, and follow-through. Construction or concrete experience is a plus.
