From classrooms to jobsites! 🏗️

Students from Liberty Public Schools recently visited our Liberty City Hall and Police Department expansion project for a behind-the-scenes look at construction in action. Through The Builders AGC Hard Hat Ready program, they explored an active jobsite, learned about careers in the industry and connected with team members who shared their experiences.

We appreciate the opportunity to help students discover the many paths available in construction and the skilled professionals who bring projects like this to life.

What does employee ownership mean to our associates?

For some, it's the pride that comes from contributing to something bigger than themselves. For others, it's knowing their work helps shape the future of our company.

No matter the perspective, employee ownership creates a shared commitment to our people, our projects and our success.

Hear what ownership means to members of our team during Employee Ownership Month.

This week, we're recognizing Construction Inclusion Week and the people who make our industry stronger.

This year's theme, Opening Doors: Building a Workplace for Everyone, highlights the importance of creating opportunities for people to explore careers in construction, continue growing throughout their careers and feel supported along the way.

Different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds strengthen our teams, our partnerships and the communities we serve. When more people see a place for themselves in construction, our industry is stronger for it.

The people who protect our communities deserve spaces that support their growth and development. 🚔

We recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center. Built to support law enforcement professionals from across Kansas, the facility includes modern classrooms, administrative space and housing accommodations that enhance training opportunities.

We're proud to partner with the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center, University of Kansas and Hoefer Welker on a facility that will help prepare and support public safety professionals for years to come.

Good planning starts long before construction begins.

As East Texas A&M University's historic Binnion Hall is transformed into modern student housing, our Building Performance Solutions team is helping uncover existing conditions through laser scanning, 360° imaging and virtual design technology. The insights gained during preconstruction are helping the team identify potential challenges early and make informed decisions with greater confidence.

Watch to see how technology and collaboration are helping reduce surprises and set the project up for success.
