We embraced a playful, mythical narrative for this dog park concept, celebrating the legend of Jim the Wonder Dog, a local celestial being from Missouri known for his clairvoyant abilities. This mural mockup brings to life the tales of Jim tracking everything from specific bird species to cars with expired license plates.

The design creates an immersive experience that honors this extraordinary canine, offering a unique and engaging space for dogs and their owners. By intertwining local folklore with functional park design, we've created a destination that is both whimsical and deeply rooted in community history.

The design transforms the public realm through strategic streetscape improvements and plazas with adjacent ground-floor commercial spaces, while creating private retreats via rooftop terraces, a pool, and lounges.

Detailed programming includes outdoor grilling areas, versatile overlooks, and a balance of extensive and intensive planting systems. By layering these exterior amenities, the project fosters a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented environment that enhances the residential experience.
