When we take on a project we make sure to check ventilation! Anyone can slap a roof on but taking the time to make sure sure its properly ventilated is another story. This was a repeat customer and said that we MUST add in the Lamanco deck air. Another satisfied customer!

This roof was having issues with ventilation and causing the shingles to deteriorate faster than they should be. So we added lamanco Deck air all the way around with a Class 3 Owens Corning Terra Cotta shingle! Homeowner is extremely happy!

Another solid roof we’re proud to stand behind ✅

This project was completed in KCK on a 13 square roof that had 4 layers of shingles stacked up. At that point, it’s not just wear and tear, it’s a problem waiting to get worse.

Once we tore everything off, we found rotted and damaged decking underneath, which we replaced to make sure everything was built on a solid foundation. No shortcuts, no covering up issues.

We also replaced the gutters, which were heavily corroded and no longer functioning properly.

Now the home has:
✅ Full tear off down to the decking
✅ Rotted and damaged wood replaced
✅ New roofing system installed the right way
✅ New gutters for proper drainage

Big difference from where it started and exactly how it should be done.
