Superior Bowen Building legacies. IDEALS THAT DRIVE US

Superior Bowen exists to build things of lasting value. Our interactions and impressions are part of leaving legacies.

The results of our hard work will be carried on in the good that’s provided for our employees, their families, our community, and most importantly, the customers we serve. This principle influences everything we do – to leave behind a better place than we found it – by delivering superior quality, not just for the immediate term but for generations to come. Learn, Innovate & Grow

We believe in th

e power of ideas, the courage to challenge former ways of doing things, the willingness to change, and the fact that everyone has a voice. Listen, Really Listen

Listening is a commitment to give value to another’s words and ideas. Listening to hear – not just to respond – creates a teamwork culture that’s empowering. Have Each Other’s Backs

The feeling that we’re in this together builds a sense of common purpose. We look out for each other, seek out safer practices, and speak out when it’s necessary. Always Act with Integrity

It requires a high degree of personal pride to give your best, hold yourself to the highest quality standards, and do the right thing – even when no one is watching. Respect All Relationships

Our goal is to always be a good partner and operate in a manner that reflects well on the company.

6 months of progress in less than 30 seconds at The Rocks at Roeland Park!

Back in March, crews were focused on demolition, excavation, rock removal, and utility trenching—laying the groundwork for everything to come.

By April, building pads were established, foundations were taking shape, underground utilities were advancing, and the garage footprint was beginning to emerge.

Today, vertical construction is underway, and the project is rising out of the ground.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but it’s exciting to see how far we’ve come in a few short months. Stay tuned for more progress as this project continues to take shape!

Meet the newest additions to the fleet!

This season, we added two new mills and wrapped them in the new colors we introduced with our website refresh. Then we turned to the people who know them best and asked for name ideas.

Introducing The Grindfather and Shred Zeppelin.

They’re already getting to work and tackling pavement across the Kansas City area. We think the names fit them pretty well! Which one is your favorite?
