Crazy couple of weeks even with me bouncing in and out of the state. These HVAC Studs are absolute lifesavers. Snagged a bit of commercial work and as you can see we've managed to swap out 2 ancient 23 year old systems for shiny new 17-3 communicating equipment plus 2 mini split systems not even shown here and still have 3 more to go on this project alone.

As KC warms up, our team is getting fired up - working both Saturday and Sunday! One team tackled a full system install on Saturday, while the other team took on Sunday, conquering a full system install in Raytown. Meanwhile, I got to enjoy installing 2 water heaters and swapping out an expansion tank with a mysterious hole in its middle - guess that's just my luck!

Started out as a duel tank water heater install, ended in a single tank do to the old tank just not able to make it through surgery today. So we ended up with a single till I can get the twin added in next week.

We also added an electronic damper system so we could help cool the upstairs of this home better. Then we ended the day with a new humidifier with an electronic stat and outside temperature monitor.

Just finished a call with four units, all 30 years old—serviced, cleaned, and system-checked. Only one needed a quick Freon top-up! These 30-year-old systems, which I've been maintaining for the past 15 years, are now primed and ready to beat the heat this summer.

Ran into this mess after a power outage. Looks like this signal wire took a beating. This power flicker/surge caused these wires to burn and take the defrost board along with the contactor. All back together now and running like a champ.

Office for Thursday evening, 2 foot wide is a tough area for an old fat man like myself when finding a bad motor. Got her changed out and back up running like a champ before the cold hits again this weekend.

Friday night’s cold is setting in, and we came to the rescue for a couple of customers without heat! Luckily, I had one ignitor and a flame sensor on hand when I arrived at my last call of the evening. Now, the furnace is roaring back to life, keeping this young family and their little one warm and cozy.

Just came across this 30-year-old furnace that was in desperate need of some TLC! The wiring was a total disaster—someone even used a screw to keep a safety switch shut. “Talk about creative fixes!”

And check out all that grey in the pictures—that's years of dirt accumulation from running this furnace without a filter! Who knows how long it’s been like that!

Installed new ignition parts along with new mother board in this furnace that just was not working at all. She is up and running like a champ, and the customer didn't have to replace it after all like was lead to believe.
