THE PRICE OF PEACE OF MIND?
—PRICELESS—

The storms have rolled through our area, and we know a lot of homeowners are wondering what happens next.

Do I have damage?
Who do I trust?
How do I deal with insurance?

And here’s something we want you to know:

Getting your home taken care of the RIGHT way doesn’t always happen overnight.

Sometimes it takes weeks.
Sometimes it takes MONTHS.

That’s okay.

Because when it’s YOUR home and YOUR biggest investment, we’d rather do it right than do it fast.

We don’t do a ton of door knocking. We’d rather be the company you call because someone you trust recommended us.

We’ll inspect your roof FREE, tell you exactly what we find, and if there’s damage, we’ll help you understand the process and walk through it with you.

And if there’s nothing there?

We’ll tell you that too.

No pressure. No scare tactics.
Just honest answers, integrity, and peace of mind.

Call, text, or message us anytime.

Priority Roofing, doing right by your home, one homeowner at a time.

❌ Myth: If my roof isn’t leaking, it’s fine.

✅ Truth:
Hail damage can shorten the life of your shingles years before a leak appears.

ALL KINDS of things to think about being a homeowner!!!

We’ve been crazy busy with installs and doing free inspections for our clients to help them have a peace of mind if their roof is in good standings or if they need some assistance with a new roof or repairs.

We have some big storms brewing, equipped with strong winds and possibly some heavy rain.

If it appears you have a leak or damage that’s noticeable from the ground, LET US HELP YOU!!!

🚨 KANSAS CITY: ARE YOU READY FOR THE STORMS TODAY? TAG SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO SEE THIS. 🚨

Today’s outlook has much of the Kansas City area under a 30% risk for severe weather, and that’s definitely something to pay attention to.

The main concerns right now are:

🌩️ Large hail
💨 Damaging winds
🌪️ Possible tornadoes
🌧️ Heavy rain and lightning

If you haven’t already, it might be a good idea to pull vehicles into the garage, secure anything that could blow around, and make sure your phone alerts are turned on.

We’re keeping an eye on the weather throughout the day. If your area gets hail or strong winds, remember that roof damage isn’t always obvious from the ground. Sometimes everything looks fine until a leak shows up months later.

At Priority Roofing, we’re happy to come out and do a free inspection if your neighborhood gets hit. No pressure, no obligation—just honest feedback on what we find.

Most importantly, stay safe today and keep an eye on the sky.

👇 Drop your city below and tag a friend, family member, or neighbor so they can stay weather aware to

Kansas City…stay weather aware today.

Forecast models are showing the potential for severe storms later today with damaging winds, heavy rain, tornadoes and large hail possible across the area.

Now’s a good time to:
• Move vehicles under cover
• Secure outdoor furniture
• Charge devices and flashlights
• Keep an eye on local weather alerts tonight

If your home is impacted by hail or wind damage, Priority Roofing is available for emergency tarping, inspections, and damage assessments.

Stay safe out there, KC. We’ll be here if you need us. Corey & Shannon • Priority Roofing KC

Men buying Mother’s Day gifts:
💐 Flowers
🍫 Chocolate
🕯 Candles

Moms:
“Can you please just make sure the roof isn’t leaking?” 😂🏠

But seriously… after these recent storms, a lot of homeowners don’t even realize they have damage until it turns into a bigger issue later.

We’re still out helping homeowners with free roof and exterior inspections. No pressure, no pushy sales, just honest feedback, photos, and help understanding the process if there is damage.

Because peace of mind might actually be the best Mother’s Day gift this year 😅
