The AEC industry is built on strength, resilience, and looking out for the people beside us. But behind the hard hats, deadlines, drawings, and day-to-day demands, there can be struggles we never see.

Throughout September, Forge Construction and our industry partners are coming together to bring awareness to mental health and su***de prevention, share resources, and encourage conversations that can make a difference.

Our goal is bigger than one company, one profession, or one month. It’s about creating an industry where checking in on each other is part of how we take care of our people.

Another exciting milestone is taking shape at ProDeo Youth Center at Wesley Place!

We recently celebrated the beam signing, bringing together project partners, community members, and ProDeo students and staff to leave their mark on a piece of the building and its future.

This project is about more than a new space. It’s about creating a place that supports growth, builds connections, and creates opportunities for years to come.

We’re proud to help bring this vision to life and grateful to everyone making a lasting impact in our community!

Today we're celebrating the next generation of builders, leaders, and innovators who have spent their summer learning, growing, and making an impact at Forge Construction.
From visiting jobsites and collaborating with project teams to gaining hands-on experience in the office and the field, our interns have embraced every opportunity with curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm have made a lasting impression on our team.
At Forge, we believe investing in people is one of the most important things we build. Through meaningful mentorship and hands-on experience, we're helping develop future construction professionals who are BUILT TO ENDURE.

Forge Construction is proud to celebrate with our partners the completion of this multi-floor renovation project at 4900 Main Street.
With work carefully scheduled after hours, our team minimized disruptions to daily operations while coordinating with Colliers International, multiple other tenants, and our trade partners. Through strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork, the project continued moving forward with purpose from start to finish.
More than a completed renovation, this project reflects the value of trusted partnerships and teams working together toward a shared vision.
