This River Market condo kitchen had plenty of potential — it just wasn’t making the most of the space.

Instead of adding square footage, we rethought the layout, added custom cabinetry and a large island, created smarter storage and designed the kitchen around the way the homeowner actually uses the space.

And then came the fun part: bringing in bold color, warm wood tones, collected artwork and those unexpected red-orange architectural elements. 🎨🖼️

The result? A kitchen that works harder, feels more intentional and tells a story that is uniquely his. That’s design done right.

Design Done Right means more than a beautiful, finished space. It means designing around the way our homeowners actually live.

In this Fairway, KS primary bathroom remodel, every detail was considered with our client's daily routines in mind- from dual vanities and custom storage to integrated outlets, a dedicated hairdryer drawer, shower niches, a built-in bench and lighting designed for different times of day.

And the design itself tells a story. The blue tones throughout the bathroom were inspired by the homeowners’ bedroom, creating a natural connection between the spaces.

Behind the scenes, our team also worked through the challenges that come with remodeling an older home, making sure the finished space not only looked great, but functioned beautifully, too.

That’s Design Done Right: a space that looks good, works hard and feels right for the people who live in it.

It's amazing what a few feet can do. ✨

This once-cramped primary bathroom didn't need a large-scale addition, it just needed a smarter layout. By borrowing a small section of the neighboring bedroom's closet, we created room for a roomy shower and a custom double vanity, completely transforming how the space looks and functions.

Now, what was once compartmentalized and inefficient is a light-filled, tranquil retreat with timeless finishes, warm walnut cabinetry, and space that finally works as beautifully as it looks.
