ated in Kankakee, Il. Although IDC is a new founded construction company although,both owners provide a combined,forty years of development,residential and commercial management to the company. IDC is a 5O% minority owned, construction company. Company owners are President Of Development, Joni Corbett and President Of Construction, David T. Seger. Corbett has a combination of 25 years experience in both the
Food Retail and Residential Development/Construction Management fields. Corbett has invested and managed numerous, new construction and complete renovations within the Chicago area. Seger has been licensed in California,Indiana,Il,New Mexico,Wisconsin,Michigan,North Carolina and Florida. Seger is degreed in Consrtruction,Engineering and Business. He was the lead construction manager for several visible companies,such as Mariott Hotels. Seger has built Orland Park Mall,several WalMart stores,hotels,gov't buildings,restaurants,schools,senior buildings,high end residential homes and mixed buildings. Seger has managed single projects of up to 270 M. In the fall of 2011, Joni Corbett and David Seger transformed their knowledge and development,engineering,and construction management into a new and exciting venture. IDC is able to utilize their personal management style and knowledge of local subtracting resources to bring the maximum benefit to both their clients and the 'project' community. In doing so, I D C will encourage local prosperity by strengthing the economic base.
