Everyone wants to be a contractor until you’re shoveling sewage soaked insulation out of a crawl space that hasn’t had any company besides the spiders since the 90s. All jokes aside excited to get under way with another remodel. This home had massive water damage to the sub floor and multiple layers of patch worked flooring holding everything up. We’ve started the process of ripping it all out to the joists so we can get a new floor and tile installed. Shout out to our Project manager Joseph Corneal for being ready to dive in when duty calls 😅.
