Big change from a deck that started to show its age!!! We did deck resurfacing/down sizing. Customer did the leg work for most of the demo because they recycled/repurposed some of the old materials. We then leveled out the deck to get it back to functioning properly and fastened it to the house. We installed metal railing to finish it off and it turned out great with a composite decking. Looking good!

Well the time has finally come for this job site to get started. We have been working with a client getting all of the details ironed out and organized on what she wants for her 1st ever house build. The process has been long but I like to get the details fully before we start to minimize changes and to help keep cost down. Now that the dirt guys Sogard Excavating LLC have arrived to start moving dirt on job site, you know things are about to get busy. I will post regular about this job site the rest of the year so follow along the journey.

Here is a project that we have been working off and on for a while. Many have seen us in and out of the Edward Jones office - Finucan Wealth Management building. It started as a just frame and drywall job, tearing out the old lobby and building new offices and a conference room. Then it just snowballed into a bit more as we got involved with the lobby space to create a welcoming and professional entrance to the building. We have finally gotten to the point where projects are starting to close out and things are coming together fully. We still have some odds and ends to do. The super nice wood work you see was done by Chris Pruismann. Everything has came together to create an environment where Finucan wealth management will continue to take care of their clients and give them a modern updated space to come to.

List of what we did:
Demo work, Framing, drywall, sound insulation, new ceiling tiles and ceiling work, stone work in the lobby, base trim in the older offices and odds and ends throughout.

Here is another custom bathroom that we completed. It was actually a little more than just a bathroom. The client had a vision in mind to knock a wall down between this small bathroom into the bedroom next door. Then we shuffled a couple walls to accommodate a bonus master walk in closet. By deleting a bedroom they didn’t need, it created a much more usable space for the bathroom and closet. We created a layout to fine tune the vision and I think the bathroom space turned into a fantastic and more usable space.

CHECK THAT BATHROOM OUT!!!!! We had a customer that had their bathroom designed and all planned out ready for us to show up. I would say that is a huge upgrade! We were pressed against a deadline and we got it done but a few touch ups and final touches! This project was a challenging one having us do some tile style we have never came across but I would say we succeeded. Making an arch doorway with flat tiles is a task. After the tile was done we did custom wainscoting and trim work to match what the homeowner and designer came with. All in all the bathroom turned into a room you can spend some time in

We recently installed some fancy arch work above a coffee bar.

It started square at which point we framed in the arch, then added the drywall in. Then moved into our mud process to clean it up and blend in.

🙌 It turned out perfect!
