How it started vs. how it ended.

13 hours later and 154 yards of mud poured and finished!

Long day, big pour, and one heck of a crew to get it done.

Huge shoutout to Simon and the guys at Hardline Industries for absolutely knocking this one out of the park. Their hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done right really showed on this one.

Days like these remind you just how important it is to have great people on your projects.

A little look at what we’ve got going on right now.

The Celtic Motors addition is backfilled and ready for the plumbers. We’re finishing up site work at Conestoga Ct, with plumbing and concrete next. And over in Whitefish, all the new Sheetrock is hung. It’s really starting to look like a house again.

A lot happening across the three jobs, and it’s good to see them moving along.

Putting the finishing touches on this Whitefish remodel we completed earlier this summer.

Really happy with how this fireplace came together. The textured tile, warm wood mantel, and original character of the home all work together to give the space a clean, updated look without feeling out of place.

3 weeks. A completely different house.

Just three short weeks ago, this Whitefish home was fully finished. Since then, we’ve completely gutted it and started rebuilding it around an entirely new layout.

We’ve removed flooring, cabinets, appliances, the fireplace, Sheetrock and more. We’ve added and relocated windows, added a new bathroom, moved exterior walls, reworked the interior layout, framed everything back together, and pushed plumbing and mechanical rough-ins toward completion.

Huge shoutout to EK Plumbing, Universal Mechanical, and Advanced Electrical Services for keeping things moving and helping us maintain an aggressive schedule.

Next up: insulation and new Sheetrock.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but this is where the transformation really starts to take shape. In just three weeks, this home has gone from fully finished, to completely gutted, to ready for the next phase.

Can’t wait to show you where this one ends up.

Excited to get moving on our latest commercial project. We’re adding 2,100 square feet to the existing Celtic Motors shop, giving them the additional space they need to better service Sprinter vans and larger vehicles.

There’s always something satisfying about seeing the dirt move and a project officially get underway. We’re looking forward to taking this one from excavation all the way through completion and giving the Celtic Motors team a space that works better for their growing operation.

Big shoutout to Sapphire Construction Services for getting us rolling on the excavation and site work.

Of course we love showing the homes we build, but we also want to show the reason people choose to live here.
