Brought the big 660 out for this one!

Here is another angle of that 40inch 115 tall Douglas Fir. You can see we had 2 ropes in it. Had 2 winch’s pulling on it, just wanted to be sure. If it went backwards there were power lines that would have been destroyed.

Got to drop this 40 inch 115 tall, dead Douglas Fir this last week. Was on a bit of a slope. Tried to fall over while getting away from it lol.

A little more info about felling the 130’ Douglas Fir

A follow up video on the 130’ Douglas Fir I dropped. Just to show where it was aimed and the few degrees I got it to turn to the right to avoid smashing some smaller Douglas Firs in the distance.

Had fun with this one!

Dropped a 130’ Douglas Fir through some other tree limbs and got it to pull to the right just enough to miss destroying some smaller trees in the distance.
