Have a custom roof surface and don't know if metal is possible? Because of more detailed installation techniques making their way to the states, metal can safely be applied to roofs that previously required less visually satisfying materials.

This island house is SO BACK baby!

Massive hotel roof completed in less than a week! The guys cooked.

This hotel is located in a very windy area and had sustained wind damage over a period of years. Once they were approved for a new roof, they knew they wanted quality. They chose Owens Corning Roofing Duration FLEX shingles as they have class 4 impact resistance, providing much greater protection against hail and severe weather. Owens Corning also increased their wind rating to 160 miles per hour across the board on their Duration products. That is how confident they are in their products!

We were grateful to earn this opportunity and though it made for a tough week away from home, it was a job that would have made young Fly Roofing pass out.

Does your roof have a low spot?

Sometimes a job goes beyond the roof. We spent the weekend tearing off shingles, cedar shake, sheathing and skip sheathing. That is some significant weight off the roof!

Beefed up the sagging trusses, and started over with fresh sheathing. This roof went from bouncy and soft to sturdy and refreshed!

We installed a new color from Owens Corning Roofing Pacific Wave, can't wait to share how good that color looks!

Learning new skills is part of the process!

Removed the old ballasted rubber roof and installed reinforced mechanically fastened EPDM. Insurance needed the roof replaced to renew the homeowner's policy and we were happy to help.
