Company morale is top priority for us! That’s why we love hosting cookouts for our full-time team. Across our 3 different locations, we fired up the grill for burgers and brats and held a friendly co****le tournament. Shoutout to our 3 location champions—it was a great day celebrating our crew!

At Sneller, we believe that a healthy company culture starts with appreciation. Thankfulness isn't just a word to us, it’s a core value we live out every day. Our team shows this by:

- Thanking a coworker for being diligent.
- Telling a manager how you benefit from their leadership.
- Serving others and doing what and is right out of a spirit of thankfulness.

This week, we had the pleasure of putting that value into action! We invited our employees and their families to Craig’s Cruisers for an evening of fun and relaxation.

Winter in our industry often means long hours in the snow and time away from home. This event was our way of saying "Thank You" to the families who support our team behind the scenes. We are incredibly grateful for your cooperation and dedication!

‼️NOW HIRING: Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead and Member‼️

Stability in the winter. Freedom in the summer.

We are looking for dedicated crew members for the Lansing area. If you have the drive, we have the hours—guaranteed 40+ per week all winter long for the right candidate.

Because we are a snow-first company, we offer incredible flexibility and PTO during the summer months. Spend your July on the lake, not just behind a mower.

Requirements:
✅ Alignment with our core values
✅ Teachable Mindset
✅ Strong work ethic
