I'm deaf, father of 2 boys and proudly business owner of Bearwood Reclaimed Furniture. After divorced, I work for the company that do reclaimed, repurpose furniture and home decors. Ever since then, I fell in love with works and I realized that my personal talents have a meaning with my hard-woodworking hands. I start off with my very first woodworking project was a dining table and I succeed. My

brainstorming provide with many ideas for me to repurose furniture and home decors including color of paints. I also can use pallet and barn woods to build in much of everything. I believe in reuse and recycle because everything is a treasure.

Message to the young deaf generation-

I know I probably look rough in this video. Sweaty, dirty, and maybe a little grumpy. But I'm not upset about the job or the heat.

It's hard to explain, but I genuinely love what I do.

Every joist, every piece of insulation, every sheet of drywall, every screw, every nail. It's all part of making a family's home safer, stronger, and more comfortable.

Don't let hard work scare you away from the trades. Some days are exhausting, and you'll go home covered in sweat and dirt. But there is something rewarding about looking at your work and knowing you built something that matters.

That's what the trades are really about. It's not just building houses, but helping create a place people call home.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Pickle juice has electrolytes, but water still keep you hydrated. Drink your damn water in bot weather!!

Bearwood Toolbox talk- circular saw

⚠️ WARNING: This is a staged safety demonstration. My hand never touched the blade. The scene was created to show the danger and help people understand what could happen.

A circular saw is a common tool on many job sites. Because we use it often, it is easy to forget how dangerous it can be.

Most injuries happen when people are tired, distracted, rushing, or not paying full attention.

One bad moment can change your life forever.

This video is a reminder to respect the tool, stay focused, and always put safety first.

Work smart. Stay safe.

Throwback to a video I made almost 8 years ago.
A lot has changed since then. Life took me in different directions, and I stepped away from making videos for a long time.
Looking back, it's interesting to see where I was then compared to where I am now.
Fair warning: it's a 12-minute video. We weren't making short-form content back then.
So here's a little throwback.

Sorry I've been quiet lately.

This heat has been brutal, and this Bear can't handle it. 🐻🥵

Still working, still building, and more videos are on the way. 🔨
