Last year, we successfully completed this project. Here are a couple of finished pictures of the home. Despite encountering various challenges, including a 20-foot + cut straight through rock, we were able to overcome them. All timber framing showcases concealed hidden fasteners that were pre-finished before installation. The timber for this project was supplied by Daizen Joinery.

It’s rare to find a real built in fireplace these days. The mantel is Koa recycled from the property. The home is 100% off grid with amazing views of Hualalai and Mauna Loa. This project is almost complete and has been an amazing place to work at.
